• Industrial water treatment station engineering.
• Hydraulic systems analysis and optimization.

Projects are executed under pre-agreed technical specifications and are subject to applicable engineering laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Add Agua's liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from the use or inability to use designs or recommendations in applications not intended or not agreed upon in writing.
• Delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Either party may terminate a service agreement for a material breach by the other party, upon written notice and granting a 30-day period to remedy such breach. Clauses regarding confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property shall survive termination.
