Our plant faced critical challenges in the high-purity process water supply line. Unpredictable pressure fluctuations and drops were affecting final product quality and causing unscheduled shutdowns.

The Just Add Agua team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing system's fluid mechanics, identifying points of excessive friction and suboptimal pumping configurations. Their proposal included the redesign of several high-pressure pipe sections and the implementation of an adaptive control system.
